Sellers must own or have the rights to all content they upload. All items undergo a review process before being published. StackNova Studio charges a commission on each sale as outlined on our commission rates page. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not upload items containing malicious code, copyrighted material without permission, adult content, or content that violates any laws. Violations may result in account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their items. Buyers receive a license per the item's license terms. StackNova Studio does not claim ownership over seller content but retains the right to display and promote items on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

StackNova Studio is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.
